Adult Probation
If a person enters a guilty plea or is found guilty of an offense the court may suspend jail time and place a person on supervised probation.
Community Service
Participants enter the program through court orders from the court, in lieu of a fine, or to complete ordered hours on community service.
Rehabilitative Program
Works with the Tohono O’odham Nation programs to find appropriate and comprehensive services for juveniles in need of treatment of services under The Children’s Program.
